Do I Need to Be Home During Pool Service?
No. Most Blue Dolphin customers are not home during their weekly pool service, and that is completely normal. We only need reliable gate access, whether that is a code, a lock box or an unlocked side gate on service day. If you would like a heads-up before we arrive, we offer optional on-the-way text messages.
How Long Does a Pool Cleaning Visit Take?
